Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods and services by Body Flow SA. By placing an order or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. These terms apply to all transactions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. Payment Terms

1.1 Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

All EFT payments must reflect in our bank account prior to the release or dispatch of any equipment. Please note that proof of payment alone is not sufficient for release.

1.2 Full Payment Requirement

Orders must be paid in full before goods will be processed, collected, or dispatched. Partial payments are not accepted unless agreed upon in writing.

2. Deposits

2.1 Deposit Requirement

A 50{e9476347bfeb7878847405ec3c15d45baeec6e926fb1577a01994b21200a31bc} deposit is required to secure any order, whether the item is in stock or on backorder. This deposit confirms your booking and initiates order processing.

2.2 Non-Refundable Deposits on Special Orders

Deposits on customised or special-order items (e.g., imported goods or products made to specification) are non-refundable once placed with the supplier.

2.3 Special Order Lead Times

Custom or imported items may require 3 to 4 months for completion and delivery, depending on production and shipping timelines. These estimates may vary due to external factors.

2.4 Customisation Costs

Custom specifications may affect the final price. Any adjustments—whether an increase or decrease—will be communicated in advance. Body Flow SA reserves the right to revise pricing accordingly.

3. Order Cancellations

3.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Standard orders may be cancelled before dispatch or processing. Once shipped or collected, our Returns & Refunds Policy will apply.

Custom or special orders cannot be cancelled once submitted to the supplier.

3.2 Cancellations by Body Flow SA

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following circumstances:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Non-payment

  • Suspected fraud

In such cases, you will be notified and, where applicable, issued a full refund.

4. Pricing & Availability

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are valid for a limited period and may vary due to exchange rates or supplier adjustments. Stock availability will be confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit.

5. Ownership & Risk

Ownership of all goods transfers to the customer only upon full payment. Risk, including loss or damage, transfers to the customer once the goods leave our premises.

6. Liability

Body Flow SA is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Business interruption or downtime

  • Injuries resulting from misuse of equipment

All equipment must be used in line with manufacturer instructions. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure product suitability.

7. Warranties & Product Support

Warranty coverage is determined by the product manufacturer and may vary by item. Full details are provided at the time of sale or upon request. Extended warranties are not offered unless explicitly stated in writing.

All equipment carries a 5-year warranty covering faults due to defective materials or poor workmanship. In such cases, the faulty parts will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer.

Please note: Normal wear and tear on components such as springs, ropes, and pulleys is not covered under the warranty and will be for the customer’s account.

All warranty claims must follow the manufacturer’s policy, and customers must retain proof of purchase for validation.

 

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the matter may proceed to mediation or arbitration in accordance with South African law. Legal proceedings will take place within the jurisdiction of the Republic of South Africa.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any legal disputes shall be resolved under South African jurisdiction.
